Great service from Andrew went there for 3 series but left with a 5 series even better car was ready ontime very clean and helped me to do tax in 5 mins. If i had to be picky you still owe the the tea and coffee that was offered but didnt get!!

We booked to test drive on Monday at 9 .30 and the car had been taken out showroom so was ready straight away as we had driven 70 miles to get there.
Went to pick car up on wed ...and as they were not happy with radio ..we had Mercedes to drive home which then sat on our drive till wife's mini roadster arrived on Friday. Very pleased .

Really helpful in discussing details of car and options. Going through features. Although there is a sign on the walls I feel you should bring to buyers attention the fee that is charged. Friendly staff and no question was dismissed. Had to return to ask about care of roof (convertible). Recommended seat care whilst there.
